What is the class structure?
You’ll receive an email with Class repla , Manual with the recipe, ingredient shopping list/Instacart link, Supply list/Shopping Link.
Will I be able to get everything at my grocery store?
Most likely yes. Sometimes, preserving and fermenting supplies are easy to find and are usually available in larger grocery stores and online.
Are perserved lemons fermented?
Though we use a similar process, the salt levels are Much higher than typical fermentation Ratios thus this is more of a preserve and perhaps a few lactobacilli are present but not many.
How long before they are ready to eat?
Well, technically, you can eat them right away. The preserveration process with the lemons can go on over weeks to months and as that happens the flavor deepens.
